Antoinette has the idea for Mon Bouillon, the project is incubated at Green Lab and wins the Triodos Sustainable Impact Award.
Right in the middle of Covid, Antoinette introduced the product to the community and, following the success of this first test, decided to continue the adventure.
Mon Bouillon is now 2 years old, and it's time to rethink the project to make it more sustainable, with a new graphic identity designed by the Oil in Water studio.
In order to open her production workshop, Antoinette has launched a crowdfunding campaign and managed to raise 119% of the sum needed, thanks to you. So thank you again!
The production workshop is finally up and running.
It's also the occasion for the official launch of the Chicken+Curcuma broth.
Good for the heart because... Just like the broth Antoinette used to make with her grandmother, Mon Bouillon is lovingly prepared in the production workshop in Saint-Gilles.
Good for the body because... High in protein, low in calories... That's the promise of Mon Bouillon. A broth that has been simmered for many hours to bring out its maximum nutrients.
In short, Mon Bouillon is a product that is as much about health as it is about pleasure and well-being.
Mon Bouillon aims to be an agent of change. Antoinette favors eco-responsibility, working with organic products and a maximum of circularity. Carcasses are recovered from organic meat cutting plants.
Located in Saint-Gilles, in the heart of Brussels, Mon bouillon aims to stay close to its customers.
