The original broth was created with a dual vision: on the one hand, the health aspect, with the need to retain as many of the broth's nutritional qualities as possible. On the other hand, it was gastronomic, neither too strong nor too light to remain pleasant to eat. It took 2 years of testing to arrive at the current recipe.
