Comforting beef broth soup

This beef bone broth soup is rich in flavor, comforting and nutritious. It's perfect for chilly days or when you need a good bowl of comfort.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter mon Bouillon beef bone broth
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf, parsley, etc.)
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, chives, etc.)

Instructions :

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots, celery, potato and peas to the pan. Stir and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour the beef bone broth into the pan. Add the bouquet garni and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil.
  4. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove the bouquet garni from the soup and discard.
  6. Serve the soup piping hot, garnished with fresh herbs if you wish.
