Mon Bouillon in all transparency

We have recently received the nutritional information for our artisanal and organic broths. It's important to note that these products may present some variations with each production run, as the bones used may differ from one season to another, for example.

Overall, beef broth is the richest in protein and collagen, followed by chicken broth. Vegetarian broth, on the other hand, offers a milder flavor and other benefits thanks to the presence of ginger and shiitake, notably in terms of detoxification, while adding a stimulating touch to your day.
